Crane maintenance service

PSP Machinery spol. s. r. o. offers free capacities for crane maintenance service:

We perform:
• Repairs, service, preventive checks, regular inspections of bridge and gantry cranes
• Repairs, service, preventive checks, regular inspections of slewing cranes, hoisting equipment and movable hoisting equipment
• Repairs of Balkancar pulley blocks
• Post-repair tests, checks and overhauls of cranes, hoisting equipment and movable hoisting equipment
• Installation of column jib cranes and constructions for hoisting equipment
• Check of rails attachment of crane runway and tightening of crane rail clamps
• Cleaning of crane runways and cranes

We are capable to fabricate:
• Steel constructions for hoisting equipment – access ladders, operating gangways and platforms, “C” constructions as per ČSN EN 1090-1

We provide:
• Basic training and regular re-training for crane operators,  ,,O“ and ,,A“ levels
• Basic training and regular re-training for binders, ,,A“ and ,,B“ levels
• Technical consultancy concerning hoisting equipment operation

We have available:
• Sufficient number of skilled staff performing service of hoisting equipment
• Assembly, material, production capacities
• We are appropriately certified and qualified to perform works in the field of hoisting and electric equipment
